Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month (24% annually) on the outstanding balance.

Scope of Work: This invoice reflects services and parts provided as described. Any additional work not listed here will require separate authorization and may incur additional charges.

Parts & Labor Warranty: All parts are covered by a [12]-month or [12,000]-mile warranty (whichever comes first), unless otherwise stated. Labor is warrantied for [90] days. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection.

Customer-Supplied Parts: We are not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or warranty of any parts not supplied by our team.

Returns & Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. Parts may be returned only if unused and in original packaging within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee.

Liability: MyLocalMechanics and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the vehicle
